Last week my printer went dry and, rather than take the cartridge to have it refilled, I wanted to do it myself. It is more economical to use inkjet refill kits. However I spent over a week looking for a computer outlet for a kit. Indeed all the shops I called at wanted to refill it for me.
One of the eight internationally recognised consumer rights is the right to choose and, without beating about the bush, I don't trust traders who do not honour my right to choose.
However, on a positive note, a colleague recommended PC Source Ltd at 21-23, Birbal Street, Balzan (tel: 2148 7390). I visited the shop and I am now in possession of an inkjet refill kit. I must compile a list of outlets who sell inkjet refill kits. At this stage I appeal to traders or outlets which sell inkjet refill kits to write to me so that I can inform consumers.
