From this month, Frank Salt Real Estate has teamed up with Malta's leading suppliers to provide even greater value to buyers, including mega savings on furnishings and home loans.

Through its new super value offer, clients purchasing a home through Frank Salt Real Estate can now benefit from guaranteed hefty discounts from Malta's leading furniture and home furnishing companies.

These include a 20 per cent discount on kitchens, furniture and bathrooms from companies like C. Fino and Sons, Domestica, Carmelo Delia and Sons, Satariano and S&S Bathrooms, 15 per cent on home appliances and white good from stores like Frank Borda Ltd and Flamingo, 15 per cent on soft furnishings from One Two One Interiors and 10 per cent on furniture company Krea. The list of discounts goes on to cover home insurance, where together with GasanMamo Insurance, Frank Salt Real Estate are offering three free months with the first year of insurance (you pay for 12 months and get 15). More partners are expected to come on board.

Frank Salt has also teamed up with Bank of Valletta, who are offering an attractive package including preferential rates on home loans at the rate of 5.1 per cent (up to €198,000) and 5.25 per cent (over €198,000). They will also be offering a special rate on their home and furniture loan and will waive their processing fees.
