It brazenly sacrifices the protection of the environment in outside development zones by approving large-scale new developments, such as supermarkets and discotheques while, at the same time, obstructing the urgent repairs to the collapsing roof of a small 40-year-old agricultural room, appearing on its own survey sheet 3882/1967, on the incredible supposition that this could be incorrect!
