With reference to the letter Treatment Of The Departed (April 11), the Health Division would like to thank Monica Freeman for pointing out the mishaps she and her family encountered while paying their respects to her brother at the mortuary room in Mater Dei Hospital.

The Health Division would like to inform Ms Freeman that while this is the second report received, in both instances, the information has been passed to the Commissioner of Police and thus is currently being investigated.
