Teenager admits theft of cars
A teenager was yesterday put under probation for three years for stealing a number of cars.
The 17-year-old British national, who currently resides in a garage in Marsa, cannot be named due to his age.
He pleaded guilty to stealing cars in different localities between April 1 and 11.
Magistrate Doreen Clarke took into consideration the fact that the boy has no criminal record and the stolen vehicles have been returned.
Police Inspector Therese Sciberras prosecuted.
