When will we finally learn? How many more workers need to die or be seriously injured before we react?

The safety laws need to be enforced. Inspections need to be made at random on construction sites to check that the safety equipment has been issued and is being worn.

Where companies are involved rather than individuals, the firms should face hefty fines and license suspensions if the laws are ignored.
