Accident victim's condition stabilises
A 62-year-old man of Qormi who was critically injured when he was run over in his hometown last Tuesday is now in a stable condition, the police said.
However, the 62-year-old woman injured in a traffic accident in Żabbar on Sunday is still in critical condition, being treated at Mater Dei's Intensive Therapy Unit.
Also still in intensive care is the 38-year-old Floriana man who fell from a height trying to jump over a wall in an escape bid at police headquarters last Thursday.
