Woman stabbed in Valletta
A 69-year-old woman is being treated for a stab wound she received during an argument with a 17-year-old girl in Valletta yesterday evening, the police said.
The incident happened at about 7 p.m. in Fountain Street. The police said the woman suffered a slight injury caused by a knife.
The young woman involved in the fight fled from the scene but was apprehended by the police last night.
The police are investigating.
