Zazu Football School

Hundreds of young football aspirants turn up at the five-a-side pitches of the University, week in week out, to take part in training sessions organised by the Zazu Football School. Fronted by experienced coach Ray Farrugia, the Zazu Football School has now entered its third year of operation.

"Our school is constantly striving to offer the best training to young footballers," Farrugia said in a statement, adding that the backing of sponsors like The Westin Dragonara Resort is vital for the school to implement its programme.

"Without the support of Westin, it would not have been possible to keep participation fees intact for much of the past three years," Farrugia said.

"Westin have been associated with our school since day one of our existence. Their support also extends to the provision of facilities for seminars and social activities plus other incentives for the youngsters."

Other backers of the Zazu Football School are TeamSport, Peugeot, Cafè Ranieri and Tower Supermarket.
