I fully agree with the decision taken by the general secretary of the MUT not to furnish Anthony Micallef Debono with members' postal and e-mail addresses.

The MUT has a duty to respect the Data Protection Act and Mr Micallef Debono has no right to such information. I would have been the first to take legal action against the MUT had the union divulged my details.
