Youth Football

Twenty five teams from 14 local nurseries took part in the seventh Tony Bajada Memorial, organised recently by the Hamrun Spartans Youth Nursery at the Victor Tedesco Stadium.

For the first time, girls participated in this tournament in the U-13 category. The categories for boys were U-6, U-8, U-10 and U-13. Only Fair Play awards were presented in accordance with Youth FA guidelines.

The sponsors of the tournament were Farsons, Globalair Travel, Von Brockdorff Imports Ltd, Hamrun Local Council and the Bajada family.
