Man injured in fall
A 49-year old man from Mellieha was injured this morning when he fell into an empty reservoir on the outskirts of Mellieha.
He had been working on the structure when the accident happened, falling a height of about one storey.
The man was lifted out by members of the Civil Protection Department and is receiving hospital treatment.
