That chimney again

I was under the impression that the chimney at St Luke's Hospital was no longer functioning. However, on April 8, at exactly 4.50 p.m, while driving home from work, along the Msida seafront, I noticed that this supposedly defunct chimney was belching...

I was under the impression that the chimney at St Luke's Hospital was no longer functioning.

However, on April 8, at exactly 4.50 p.m, while driving home from work, along the Msida seafront, I noticed that this supposedly defunct chimney was belching black smoke. Perhaps whoever is responsible can give us an explanation.

So much for EU deadlines and the new incinerator!
