Allow me to congratulate The Times on a well thought out and presented analysis of the Monograph Career Guidance For Persons With Disability on the education pages (April 4), a project funded entirely by the Euroguidance, within the European Union Programmes Agency.

The support and encouragement I got from Mauro Pace Parascandalo, director of EUPA, and his team, was decisive to make this much awaited publication possible.
