10.30 a.m. Mrs Fenech Adami receives Zhang Rufen, wife of the Chinese Ambassador and Gemma Mifsud Bonnici at San Anton Palace, Attard.

10 a.m. The President is presented with Letters of Credence by Razvan Victor Rusu, Ambassador of the Republic of Romania at the Palace, Valletta.
11 The President is presented with Letters of Commission by Mary Madzandza Kanya, High Commis-sioner of the Kingdom of Swaziland at the Palace, Valletta.
1.15 p.m. The President and Mrs Fenech Adami host a luncheon in honour of the newly accredited Ambassador and High Commissioner at San Anton Palace, Attard.

10 a.m. Mrs Fenech Adami presides over a Malta Community Chest Fund working committee at the Palace, Valletta.
1 p.m. The President inaugurates the 50-hour Bicycle Marathon in aid of the Id-Dar tal-Providenza at the School grounds of Liceo Dun Zammit Brighella in Ħamrun.
7 The President and Mrs Fenech Adami host a piano recital by Joanne Camilleri accompanied by Soprano Andriana Fenech Yordanova at San Anton Palace, Attard.
Sunday
9 a.m. The President and Mrs Fenech Adami attend Solemn Concelebrated Mass on the occasion of the Feast of St Joseph at the Santa Marija tà Gesù (Ta' Giezu) Church in Rabat.
