I refer to the item "Consumer Claims Tribunal decisions not honoured" (Customer Affairs column, The Sunday Times, March 23).
It is indeed disgusting that we still have people who do not care less what tribunals decide, and fail to honour their obligations, but now it seems we have moved a step further.
One of the traders who did not abide by the tribunal's decision is a foreigner, Issa Isslam Tawfik.
Is he, like some Maltese, trying to make some extra easy money on the backs of consumers by promising something and then delivering something else, or nothing at all?
