Young artists paint Gozo

The Gozo College has mounted an exhibition entitled Characteristics Of Gozo as part of the Young Artists' Work Project being run in Gozo.

Students attending the various schools in Gozo, from primary to secondary level, were invited to submit drawings and paintings representing their perceptions of the various unique characteristics of the island.

Gozo Minister Giovanna Debono yesterday inaugurated the exhibition being held at the Cittadella Centre for Arts, Culture and Crafts.

The Young Artists' Work project was launched by the Gozo College in order to enhance the formative artistic process of Gozitan students from the initial stages of their education up to the end of secondary school.

The exhibition will run until Friday.
