Aloaha Ltd, a Malta-based software developing company, took part in this year's edition of CeBIT, the world's largest showcase of digital technology in Hannover, Germany.

Aloaha's products, such as the Multisignator and the Smartcard Connector, were of great interest to visitors on this year's stand, the company said.

Stefan Engelbert, who represented Aloaha at CeBIT, argued that this is due to the fact that most of the technological advanced industries are nowadays looking for the cheapest and fastest way to send their invoices to their clients.

Instead of wasting paper, spending money on postage and other administrative costs, such companies prefer to use software like Aloaha's Multisignator whereby invoices and other correspondences are sent in one bunch and digitally signed to all clients.

Mr Engelbert commented that CeBIT is not all just about software it is also about the people behind the development of such software and their country. It is CeBIT culture to unwind each booth's uniqueness through live music from different countries, a taste of their national food and drinks and also national characteristics. Indeed whereby two visitors were presented with Air Malta tickets as a gesture of true Maltese hospitality.
