In-form striker Frank Temile cannot lead Valletta's attack in Sunday's top-of-the-table clash with Marsaxlokk after he received a one-match suspension yesterday.
The gifted Nigerian forward came in for punishment after collecting his fourth yellow card in Saturday's 2-0 victory over Sliema Wanderers in which Temile crowned another top performance by scoring Valletta's two goals.
Temile is one of only two Premier League players whose names appear on the latest Malta FA suspensions' list.
Birkirkara's Alan Tabone has also been given a one-match suspension after earning his fourth booking in his side's 2-0 win over Floriana on Sunday.
Tabone will be ruled out of Saturday's Championship Pool match against Hamrun Spartans.
