EU ministers calls for Balkans cooperation, restraint in Tibet
Spanish Foreign Minsiter Miguel Moratinos and Foreign Minsiter Tonio Borg confer the Informal EU Foreign Ministers meeting in Brdo, Slovenia. The EU foreign ministers called for enhanced political and economic cooperation in the Western Balkans particularly with Serbia .They also promised to closely monitor the human rights situation in China and called for substantive dialogue between all parties concerned on the Tibet situation while calling for restraint on all sides.
