Le Méridien St Julian's recently hosted actress Rachel Weisz for three weeks in one of its executive suites.

Weisz is currently filming in Malta for one of the leading roles in the film Agora, directed by Alehjandro Amenabar. Rachel began her acting career in 1995 but became well-known for her role in The Mummy in 1999. Since then, she has starred in a number of films including Enemy at the Gates (2001), About a Boy (2002), Runaway Jury (2003) and Constantine (2005).

In 2005, Weisz starred in Fernando Meirelles's The Constant Gardener and among other recognised awards, won the 2006 Academy Award and the 2006 Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress.
