Overwhelming response to Dhalia property sale

During the first three days of the 'Great Dhalia Sale', Dhalia registered a total of 4,040 hits at www.dhalia.com/sale, the real estate company said last week. Sales offices were kept very busy with calls, requests for viewings and sellers wanting to include their properties in the Dhalia sale. A number of enquires have already translated themselves into sales.

Through this sale, Dhalia is placing 300 properties at discounts of up to 10 per cent on the market. Dhalia is also offering a limited number of holiday homes in Dhalia's premier overseas investment, the Balkan Jewel in Bulgaria, as part of the event.

The Dhalia sale also includes an unparalleled one-time home loan package through a strategic partnership between Bank of Valletta and Dhalia. The BoV Home Loan package offers rock-bottom interest rates, no processing fees and a first year paid-up home block insurance policy.

Dhalia chairman and CEO Alan Camilleri said that "as a result of the advantageous offers of the Dhalia sale we always expected an increase in enquiries, however we never expected such an overwhelming response. The market has responded extremely well to our offers because customers have realised that the prices are genuine and very sensible. Through this first-ever property sale we wanted to make sure that we give customers more value for money.
