Man borrows car, tries to sell it
Mark Lawrence Rizzo, 43 of Paola, was arraigned in court this morning and charged with trying to defraud three people and producing false signatures.
The prosecution alleged that Mr Rizzo had borrowed his then girldfriend's car and then tried to sell it.
The case is being heard before Magistrate Antonio Mizzi. Police inspector Maurice Curmi prosecuted and Charmaine Cherrett is defence counsel.
