Now that the general election is over, let us continue to love each other as brothers and sisters of the resurrected Christ, as our bishops have urged us to do.

Let us remember that in His providence God has sent us St Paul to convert pagan Malta to Christianity. This is a powerful eye-opener for those who are humble enough to see what it means and what it entails.

Let us continue to be faithful to Christ and his Church, the Catholic Church, in both our private and public life, in Parliament and out of it.

Christ knows what is best for all of us. So let us be continuously aware of what he tells us through his Church and consider that as our greatest good.
