Consumer Claims Tribunal decisions not honoured

I contacted you several months ago as I have been to the Consumer Claims Tribunal and won the case against Aaron Galea of Quality Turnkey Contractors. However, I have never been paid a cent of what he owes me. This was over a year ago. After having gone through all this, I wonder, with all the progress we have made and the development of consumers' rights, we are still back to square one, since Mr Galea never paid me. Seeking any further help. (Ingrid Vassallo) We used to feature regularly a list of traders who have not honoured the CCT decisions. However, I had to discontinue the publication of the list because I had cases where consumers couldn't be bothered to inform me if and when their respective case was honoured. Here is a current list. However, Mr Galea still hasn't honoured the CCT decision:

I appeal to these traders to honour the CCT arbiter's decision and to inform us of any developments so that we can update our list accordingly. It is also important for consumers to know about traders who do not respect the CCT arbiter's decisions. Such traders do not deserve our custom.

If you have referred a case to the CCT, a decision was made by the arbiter in your favour and the trader refuses to honour the decision, write to me and send me a copy of the CCT arbiter's decision.
