Salaries and benefits report by Misco

Misco has issued its third Salaries and benefits report for the IT sector. This report is compiled to provide senior management with information on the various remuneration packages paid within the Maltese IT industry.

Compiled over January and February this year, the Salaries and benefits report for the Information Technology sector focuses on salaries and benefits offered in ICT and non-ICT companies. This segmentation of information gives the end user a better idea of remuneration packages offered locally, permitting a more accurate positioning of the organisation within the market.

The 22 titles covered by the study include: systems manager, operations/services manager, IT manager, business development manager, quality manager, software specialist, technical specialist/architect, project manager, project leader, senior software developer, IT engineer, systems analyst, systems administrator, quality analyst, software support executives and information security officer.
