Dhalia Real Estate Services is to hold Malta's first-ever property sale.
The event will place 300 excellent properties at discounted levels of up to 10 per cent on the market. This means that Dhalia has already negotiated prices downwards on behalf of prospective buyers - prices which are even better than the current market prices.
