Provincial superior appointed

Sr Bernadette Galea has been appointed provincial superior for Malta and Tunisia of the Sisters of St Joseph of the Apparition. Sr Galea was provincial of the same province between 1996 and 2002 and superior general of the same congregation between 2002 and 2007. She entered office on March 4, succeeding Sr Cecilia Schembri, who has been nominated superior of the community in Rome.
