Jailed for theft

Antoine Sciberras, 28, of Zabbar was jailed for 30 months this morning after he admitted to stealing a pair of speakers from a car in Cospicua last January, as well as damaging the car and handling stolen items.

The crime was committed during the operative term of a suspended sentence.
