11 The President receives a group of Irish personalities, accompanied by Richard Muscat on a courtesy call at the Palace.
11.30 Mrs Fenech Adami presents Easter gifts to patients in children's wards at Mater Dei Hospital, Tal-Qroqq.
12.30 p.m. The President is presented with a new publication The Maltese Dioceses and the Sicilian Environment from the Norman Period till 1500 by Mgr Vincent Borg at the Palace.
6.30 The President and Mrs Fenech Adami preside over a Malta Community Chest Fund board meeting at San Anton Palace, Attard.
7.30 The President and Mrs Fenech Adami attend a performance of Rossini's Stabat Mater by the Nicolò Isouard Band on the 400th anniversary of Mosta parish church at the Manoel Theatre, Valletta.

10.15 a.m. Mrs Fenech Adami presents Easter gifts to various children from homes and institutes at the Arka Foundation, Għajnsielem, Gozo.
11 The President receives the honorary consul general for Malta in Tokyo, Prof. Rei Shiratori, on a courtesy call at the Palace, Valletta.
11.15 Mrs Fenech Adami presents Easter gifts to children residing at Dar Ġużeppa Debono, Għajnsielem.
8 p.m. The President and Mrs Fenech Adami attend a reception hosted by the Tunisian Ambassador and Mrs Ganzoui on the National Day of Tunisia at their residence in Attard.
