Arson attack in Naxxar
The arson attack took place in Cotton Street, Naxxar.
Naxxar resident Mario Attard was rudely woken up by neighbours early yesterday morning after his front door was set on fire.
Police were called to the scene but the fire was extinguished by Mr Attard and his neighbours at about 4 a.m. At the time of the incident, Mr Attard and his two children were inside their home in Cotton Street.
Police said in a statement that nobody was injured and an investigation was underway.
