A 30-year-old man of Xghajra was seriously injured but is not in danger of dying after he fell the height of three storeys, the police said.

The incident happened in Valletta Road, Luqa when the man fell while carrying out some work.

Other workers who were on site gave the man first aid until the ambulance arrived and he was taken to Mater Dei where he was found to have suffered fractures.

Police investigations are underway.
