Election miscarriage

It is utterly preposterous and totally incomprehensible to the average non-manipulated voter how gonzipn (as the PN now refers to itself), having been defeated by the popular vote, having lost numerically in the seats formally allotted in the House of Representatives, having been instrumental in reshuffling the districts, now finds itself unjustly, in a democracy, being regaled four seats to compensate for its overall electoral loss!

This is an insult to the electorate who is ultimately the political sovereign. Hence the reasoning that the vote, the citizen's ultimate democratic power, is being ridiculed and reduced to the whims of political circles (even if under the guise of a legal canopy) which is tantamount to an election miscarriage. As the realistic, factual situation developed, the PN cannot govern democratically because in the most explicit of ways, the political sovereign determined otherwise.

To go against the will of the political sovereign signifies a showdown with democracy. Are we prepared to tolerate this defiance of democracy?

Is this European democracy that the President of the European Commission is presiding over? The free, democratic citizens of the EU might not be prepared to tolerate much further this type of abuse which reduces them to an inferior level to the representatives they elect when obviously the law expressly provides otherwise. And we are law abiding...
