iGaming attracts Maltese e-business interest

eBusinessMalta.com, a consortium of Maltese e-business organisations, has attended the Asian iGaming Congress & Expo (AiG) in Macau.

AiG is the longest-running gaming event of its kind and the only gambling conference in Asia that focuses solely on iGaming. Now in its sixth year, it is being held on a much larger scale, including an extended conference, two extra power summits and a larger exhibition to help facilitate the networking opportunities the industry needs.

Asia is becoming a hotbed for the gaming industry, and revenue from casinos and other regulated gambling activities in Asia will grow at an estimated 14 per cent a year from 2005 to 2010 - the fastest pace in the world. With regulation affecting iGaming in key markets including the US, a number of online gambling initiatives are moving to Asia as regulations force them out of the West. This event is perfectly timed to enable vendors to get the latest information on developments in this fast-moving industry.

eBusinessMalta.com aims to provide clients with comprehensive solutions in the course of establishing their e-business in Malta. It is made up of a company and fiduciary services provider (eManagement CSB Ltd), a hosting and co-location facilities provider (BMIT Ltd), an electronic-payment solution provider (iGlobal Payments (iGP) Ltd), a recruitment agency/portal (VacancyCentre.com, operated by CSB Group) and a law firm specialising in corporate and commercial law, namely Zammit & Associates - Advocates.
