Cheltenham Festival

The second day of the Cheltenham Festival, Britain's premier jump race meeting, had to be called off yesterday because of high winds sweeping across the course. Andy Clifton, Cheltenham racecourse communications manager, said the weather forecast for today and tomorrow, the last two days of the meeting, was much calmer.
The Gold Cup is tomorrow when Kauto Star will defend the title he won last year.
