Eric Laferla is the winner of Go's digital TV competition for local fans of British football giants Liverpool FC.

Mr Laferla of Naxxar landed himself over €500 worth of Go prizes, including a one year free Gold+ digital TV package, a one year Sports+ and Club+ digital TV package, free service installation and a free set top box.

His name was drawn and after he successfully answered a skill-based question relating to the Go brand.

The competition was open specifically to members of the Liverpool Supporters Club (Malta) at a special club event held in January.
