Grahame Salt, of Homes of Quality, a member of the Frank Salt Group of Companies, attended an international property exhibition in London, where together with its UK agents who have a number of good contacts in the sporting world, promoted Malta as an ideal destination for owning a home in the sun.
The exhibition was well attended and visitors showed a keen interest in Malta. "It is encouraging to see how eager the British are to buy property in Malta.
Many want a second home to get away from the British winters. Others are simply after a holiday home.
"The British love our beaches and warm climate and the lifestyle Malta offers. Often, they end up moving permanently to Malta, making them 'all-year-round tourists'," Mr Salt said.
This exhibition was also a great opportunity to launch Frank Salt's new development in Tuscany - Borgo Catignano - which is being promoted extensively abroad and is sold exclusively through Homes of Quality.
