Belair Real Estate recently participated in a well attended property exhibition in Moscow and the response was encouraging. The Domexpo International Property Fair, covering a total area of 12,000 m2, attracted 150 estate agents from 30 countries.

Over 7,000 people attended the exhibition, most of whom were looking for an alternative residence or a second residence in countries that enjoy favourable climate conditions, such as Malta.

Belair's agent in Moscow, Radiance Realty, participated in this exhibition, offering all types of property in Malta with an emphasis on lifestyle developments and villas. Information was given out on possible tax advantages and residency requirements, yachting in Malta, which is popular with Russians, and other property related services offered by Belair.

Another point of interest, which Belair promoted during the exhibition, was the possibility of foreigners purchasing property in Malta with a view to renting it out to third parties.

Over the past years, this has been a popular form of investment, as the demand grows for good quality rental properties. Belair's achievements in this sector have been prosperous and the company confidently takes customer service to another level, giving the foreign purchaser peace of mind when finishing and furnishing property for rental.

Radiance Realty's stand was manned by Eugene Alistov, assisted by Ian Casolani, a Belair director, and Ian Pace from the Malta office.
