An agreement between the Electoral Commission, the Malta Transport Authority and the Public Transport Association provides for the transport of assistant electoral commissioners who intend to use public transport to travel to the polling place at which they are assigned tomorrow.

The service will operate as follows: A bus departs for Valletta from Dingli, Marsascala and Mellieħa at 4.45 a.m. and from the Valletta bus terminus to all other bus termini at 5.30 a.m. The service will be free of charge to assistant electoral commissioners on the presentation of their identification tag issued by the Electoral Commission.
