Handsome donation

I have just received the usual substantial donation of €1165 (Lm500) from the Mission Fund.

I plan to use it for the many emergency needs I always meet in our mission: People who have nothing to eat, patients languishing in hospital unable to pay €23.29 (Lm10) or €46.58 (Lm20), cripples who need a wheelchair, others who are getting wet in their own homes because they cannot repair their grass roofs, parents of children who cannot pay the school fees of their children etc. Over the years hundreds of such people have been helped by the Mission Fund.

I make this public report to thank and encourage donors who help the fund. In the name of our poor I wish to thank the organisers of the Mission Fund and all those who help them. Thank you.
