Jo Said has filed a libel suit against Michael Falzon following comments made in his regard on the Nationalist Party's Radio 101.

Mr Said said that during the programme, aired on February 24, while commenting on an article which appeared on The Sunday Times, Mr Falzon allegedly claimed that Mr Said had blackmailed David Agius, a Nationalist MP in this legislature.

Lawyer Joe Mifsud signed the suit.
