Yellow Pages win environment award
Yellow Pages (Malta) Ltd received an honourable mention for the conservation award for sustainable development in this year's Environment Award for Industry.
The company was recognised for its efforts in collecting the old copies of Yellow Pages during its yearly nationwide distribution. This year alone Yellow Pages (Malta) Ltd collected nearly 70,000 copies in Malta and Gozo, which were all sent for recycling.
To date Yellow Pages (Malta) Ltd has collected over 987,000 books saving approximately 987 tons of paper from Malta's landfills.
