Voters in the general or local elections who have lost, damaged or destroyed their voting document can apply in person to one of the electoral commissioners for a special voting document, presenting their identity card.

The same applies to persons whose name appears in the Electoral Register published in October 2007, as revised by the decisions of the Revising Officer, and have not as yet received their voting document because of some special reason including that the Electoral Commission is not in possession of their photograph.

Office hours are as follows: Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Wednesday: general election - from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.; local elections - from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Voters registered in the 13th electoral division (Gozo and Comino) can call at the Identity Cards Office, Victoria, during the same office hours.

For further information one can call 2558 3300.
