Murder victim was shot, stabbed, autopsy confirms

Tereza Grech, 50, who was found murdered in San Gwann yesterday, had been shot and stabbed, the police said.

An autopsy revealed a bullet wound and multiple stab wounds in the head and neck, the police said.
