Portelli retains MSSF presidency

Saviour Portelli has been re-elected president of the Malta Shooting Sport Federation (MSSF).

The election of the MSSF committee for the period 2008-2010, held during the association's Annual General Meeting last weekend, confirmed Portelli as president with a total of 90 votes. Frans Chetcuti, the other candidate for the presidency, obtained 61 votes, a MSSF statement said.

Rennie Grech, George Micallef and Edwin Vella retained their posts as secretary, treasurer and public relations officer respectively. Jimmy Bugeja, Grezzju Agius and Leonard Vella have been elected as members of the MSSF committee.
