Euro term deposit account

Bank of Valletta has launched an 18-month euro term deposit account with an interest rate of 4.4 per cent gross per annum.

The deposit can be opened with a minimum balance of €1,000 (Lm429.18). Interest is paid every six months.

Full details and terms and conditions may be obtained from any of the bank's branches, by logging onto www.bov.com or by calling 2131 2020.
