The Public Entities Section of the Union Ħaddiema Magħqudin has signed an agreement with the Local Councils Association through which all clerical grades and executive secretaries will benefit from new working conditions. The agreement allows for more flexibility and better work-life balance. Workers will be able to take six years of parental leave, work reduced hours, and be entitled to more maternity leave.
