The Business Park 2008 Exhibition is the only trade show for commercial properties in India. The exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the World Federation of Free Zones which showcases the sellers (promoters of IT parks, free zones, retail malls) and the buyers (promoters of software and bio-technology companies, industrialists, facility managers, technocrats, exporters, entrepreneurs, etc.)

Smart City's participation in the exhibition is one of the initiatives taken by Smart City towards expanding business opportunities in India.
