In what way will this document be used?

When assessing applications for development permission in accordance with the policies on policy and design guidance on agriculture, farm diversification and stables, the authority shall, first, determine whether the proposed development is acceptable or not in principle according to the established procedure.

Then it will follow four steps:

Step 1: Compliance with eligibility and locational prerequisites
Step 2: Compliance with general policies
Step 3: Assessment of proposed details
Step 4: Mitigation measures and alternative solutions.

In the following days these four steps will be expanded on.
