The Baseball National League got underway last weekend with Neil Newton's Gozo Tornadoes starting off with a comfortable 15-0 victory over the Devils.
The Devils were no match for a Gozitan team who are under a new management this year.
Devils will try to make up for the upset in their next match against the Mustangs on Saturday at Marsa.
Gozo host Mellieha Northenders at the Sannat field.
